Team Training

NLAB is providing high quality training to not only individual athletes, but to teams as well. We provide a structured, controlled, and positive training environment for our teams. Our training programs are designed to motivate, inspire, train and teach athletes the necessary skill-sets for their respective sports. We currently offer team training in basketball, soccer and volleyball.


Why do you need NLAB? We understand that as a coach, you only have so much time to coach and train your athletes. Coaches have to practice plays, learn rotations, watch film, recruit and so much more. Often times, there is not enough time to provide the necessary training athletes need. Athletes will have different skill sets and some athletes will need more attention than others. It doesn’t matter if you need fundamental training, or advanced training; we can modify and adapt our training depending on the athletes skill-sets.


Team training will consist of high energy drills and constant movement stations. We incorporate speed and agility drills in each training. We want to ensure the athletes are not only working on their skills, but also are working on their speed and footwork. By incorporating those training techniques and more, we ensure the experience will be valuable and rewarding. Our experienced trainers are passionate about developing and mentoring our athletes. If you are interested in team training please see the details below:

  • Minimum of 8 athletes

  • $10 per athlete (per training)

  • We ask that you commit to at least 3 weeks of training

  • $50 non-refundable deposit before the start of the 1st training (this will go towards your first training) for example: if you bring 10 athletes/$10.00 x 10 athletes =$100 - $50.00 deposit/ balance owed would be $50.00.
