Team Training

At NLAB, we understand that every coach struggles to incorporate training different level athletes, running over plays, going over game film, and so much more all in one practice session. This is why we have decided to start providing team training to groups of 8 or more athletes. We've been able to see how our training has impacted athletes over the years and want to give the same opportunity to teams. Our team training consists of sport specific drills (all skill levels) mixed with high intensity agility drills and sport specific movements. We offer training in basketball, soccer, and volleyball.
